What to expect inside

Results of the study show significant improvement for the immediate treatment group compared to the waitlist control group on outcome measures, and these gains were generally maintained at 3 months post-treatment.

The improvement in the quality of life of individuals who used Zemedy was mediated by the significant decrease in patient catastrophizing, gastrointestinal symptom-specific anxiety, and fear of food.

Moreover, the results of our study also indicated that the more participants used the app, the more their quality of life improved and depressive symptoms decreased.
